  • Be descriptive about the issue encountered.
  • Tell us what you were doing just before the issue appeared, for example what steps you took to get to that point and what buttons you pressed.
  • What screen were you on immediately before the issue occurred?
  • The brand or model of the phone, for example Apple iPhone XS.
  • The operating system (OS) and version of the device, for example Apple iOS 12.0.
